Bills to ratify the Equal Rights Amendment will be introduced in both houses at the NC General Assembly on Tuesday, March 5th!
As we celebrate Women’s History Month, North Carolina comes into the spotlight as the state that could become the 38th – and final state – required to ratify the Equal Rights Amendment and change the U.S. Constitution.
Senator Floyd B. McKissick Jr. and Representative Carla Cunningham will introduce bills to ratify the ERA in both the NC House and Senate on March 5th, and you’re welcome to join us!
